This pandemic has certainly changed our lives in so many, many ways. We have had to change our lives to adapt to this new situation. That can be difficult, but you might be surprised to find that you are stronger than you think. As they say, “With adversity comes strength.” When we are challenged, we have to create unique ways to respond that focus on our strengths to get us through.
I would encourage you to take some time to reflect on the many ways you have worked to adapt to challenging situations throughout your life.
