Join Ready for Life for our first annual Ready to Shuffle! Enjoy a night on the shuffleboard courts at the historic St. Pete Shuffleboard Club, with awesome DJ music, delicious local food trucks Miso Lucky and Bacon Boss, a local ice cream truck, and fantastic silent auction, all benefiting our Be the One mentor program! Tickets include 2 drink tickets, 2 tickets for the food trucks, and all-night access to the shuffleboard courts.

Be the One is our life-changing mentoring program, designed to help create a sense of belonging for former foster care youth. We encourage mentors to share their knowledge, specialties, and caring hearts—celebrating their mentee's successes and supporting them through challenges. Mentors are incredibly important for young adults that have aged out of foster care.
Thanks to the generosity of McLain Foods, in honor of Mary Pat McLain (one of the first mentors in the program!), all donations from now until September 21st will be matched up to $5,000! Our goal is to raise $10,000 to strengthen and grow this vital program.
