Art Therapy: Gratitude Wheel

Supplies:
One 8 x 14 sheet of paper
10 craft sticks
One permanent marker
One glue stick
Instructions:
Begin a gratitude practice by thinking of people, places and things that bring joy to your life. These can be things in nature, events, people, thoughts or places. On each craft stick write the name of each thing that makes you feel grateful. Use a glue stick to affix the craft sticks on the paper in a circular fashion. You can write the words “I Am Grateful For” along the top of the paper or anywhere you would like on the paper. Keep this paper in a place where you can see it and remind yourself of the things you are grateful for when you are feeling like things might not be going your way. You can also add to it by just writing additional things that you think of in the empty spaces and watch how your gratitude practice grows!
Enjoy this project and know that I am grateful for YOU!
