FREE to anyone who whats to join and participate! We have partnered with the local nonprofit organization RISE UP YOGA, where Julie teaches the classes and helps all of us get some much needed stretching and exercise! Come join us!
EVERY FRIDAY 3:30-4:40PM YOGA NIDRA
This is a wonderful weekly class we are able to bring to the Ready for Life office and it is completely free to staff, youth and anyone who wants to join! RFL has partnered with Salty Souls Yoga and are able to provide a guided meditation. This is a great way to practice yoga relaxation and reduce tension and anxiety.

The Ready for Life office is open to all of the youth we serve along with mentors, volunteers, friends, family, etc. We welcome all to come visit, mingle and on special occasions we have an activity!

Please join us on Tuesday, November 19 at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Clearwater for a delicious thanksgiving feast, raffle giveaways, and plenty of fun! Family traditions are a big part of what we create at Ready for Life, and special days like these are a reason to celebrate and spend time together.
