Five Dollar Bus Pass

Ready for Life and Camelot Community Care, in partnership with Greater Pinellas Transportation Management Services, provide discounted, 31-day, unlimited bus passes to young adults who are eligible for Independent Living Services.  To qualify for this program youth must complete an application, show that they have no other means of transportation, and have an income of less than 200% of the Federal Poverty level.

Where do I get a voucher for a cab?

Medicaid Transportation - Area 5

Client may call Community Transportation Service at 545-2100 to schedule transportation. All trips must be prior authorized by Community Transportation Service. For other transportation issues, clients may contact the Medicaid Resource unit at 552-1191 ext. 276.

Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday
